Lorma Baysah holds a Master Degree in Peace Building and Conflict Transformation from the School for International Training (SIT) based in Brattleboro, Vermont, USA. He is a human rights and peace building strategist and analyst with a strong functional expertise in Civil Society coalition building, Non-profit management, leadership, and community organizing. He has vast experience in cross-cultural and inter-communal peace building including mediation, dialogue, reconciliation, conflict analysis and prevention. Lorma has professional skills and knowledge in policy advocacy, and waging nonviolent struggle. Additionally, he has an experience in implementing ethnic mitigation programs giving his contribution to the conflict transformation process of Liberia while serving as head of the Rural Human Rights Activists Programme (RHRAP). He has developed and led the implementations of several peace-building, democratization, human rights and livelihoods programs that have immensely contributed to the fragile peace in Liberia.

Augustus B. Menyongai is the Program Officer. He is a MA Candidate in Education with emphasis in curriculum development at the University of Liberia. Augustus has functional skills and knowledge in community organizing/mobilization. He is a professional in community development initiatives.

Mr. Sumo Harris is the Associate Program Officer. Sumo Harris holds a Bachelor Degree in Sociology from the University of Liberia. Sumo has 7 years working experience with non-profit sector in the areas of human rights, peace building and democratization. Sumo works with Program Officer proper in executing RHRAP’s program activities. Sumo started with RHRAP as a pre-collage student.
